Clinic Policies


Please read carefully prior to booking an appointment online or making an online product purchase:


  • At this time we do not accept walk-in appointments. 
  • Appointments booked online require a valid credit card to secure time slots.
  • A charge of $50 is made to the credit card provided. This amount will be reduced from the treatment provided or from a skincare product (client's choice) on the selected appointment day. 
  • For package treatments, a charge of $100 is made to the credit card provided. This amount will be reduced from the treatment provided or from a skincare product (client's choice) on the selected appointment day. 
  • A confirmation text message and e-mail are sent after a secured booking. 
  • A friendly reminder text message and e-mail will be sent one day prior to the appointment.
  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, please reschedule online, no less than 48 hours from your appointment time; we are a small independent business that endures a significant financial loss when clients do not show up or cancel with little notice.
  • Appropriate time slots are allocated for each treatment. Please arrive on time and ready for your appointment to ensure you can receive the benefits of a complete treatment. 
  • Showing up late to your appointment may have your appointment cancelled if there is an insufficient amount of time left to complete a proper treatment and to also avoid disrupting the following client. The $50 booking fee will be non-refundable nor will it be able to be put towards another future service or skincare product. 
  • No-shows or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the booked appointment to the credit card used to secure the booking. This fee collected is non-refundable and unable to be used towards a future treatment or skincare product.  
  • Total treatment fees are collected prior to treatment (after in person consultation, agreement of service, appropriate paperwork completion). This reduces the embarrassment of failed cards after services rendered.  
  • Please only bring essential items to your appointment. We will not assume liability or responsibility for any lost or forgotten items. 
  • Clients aged 16 and 17 must have parental permission, including a written and signed consent. Parent/guardian of client must also be present during treatment. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse service; if it is not deemed safe to perform a treatment based on your skin's condition, if you are unable to comply to pre and/or post treatment care instructions, if result expectations are unreasonable, or if it is something out of our scope of practice. 
  • Purchasing a package of three treatments - all treatments must be completed within three months after completing the first treatment in the package or at the recommendation of the practitioner. 



Medical history intake forms, treatment consent forms, and photo forms:


  • All treatments require a proper medical history assessment to determine if the procedure is safe and suitable for you. 
  • All treatments require a signed consent form.  
  • Please check your e-mail for any forms that may relate to your treatment one day prior to your appointment. Give yourself sufficient time to review and understand what you receive and to ask any questions if you are unsure of something. It is important for you to understand the treatment information, potential side effects, possible adverse reactions, complications, expectations, and pre/post treatment instructions. Additional resources may include, but are not limited to, our website under 'learn more' and 'frequently asked questions'.  
  • Before and after photos are taken to view treatment progress. All photos taken are kept confidential and secure in your file. Photo's can be beneficial to show treatment results and expectations to our clients on social media. Signed consent is required prior to posting any content that includes your image. We do not reveal your identity or disclose personal information such as your name, address, phone numbers, medical history. Information that could be revealed may include the type of treatment, how many sessions, types of products used, and reason for the procedure (which may include, but not limited to: acne, wrinkles, pigmentation, hydration, scarring). If you are uncomfortable to disclose any particular information listed here, please let us know when signing the photo forms. 



For skincare product purchases made online:


  • Please review purchases prior to payment.
  • For health and safety reasons skincare products are final sale, non-refundable, not exchangeable, and no substitutions. 
  • If you encounter a problem with any skincare product, we will happily address your concern to the manufacturer on your behalf to assist you in resolving the issue. 
  • All products purchased are for personal use and cannot be resold on any platform. 
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. 
  • Product sales or promotional offers apply for specific dates that are stated. Price adjustments for previous or future purchases are not permitted. 
  • Skincare products that are purchased online can be picked up in clinic using the online scheduler or shipped for a fee. 
  • On occasion some products are sold as a pre-order, Pre-order purchases are also final sale and cannot be cancelled. The fulfilment of these orders varies in time pending on the vendors availability. We will do our best to keep you updated.  
  • Some products can be back-ordered. If this occurs, we will do our best to get the item to you in a reasonable timeframe.   
  • Shipping fee is $20 for orders under $200 (pre tax).
  • Shipping is free for orders $200 and higher (pre tax).
  • Once your purchase has shipped out we hold no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If you would like additional insurance added to your order, please let us know. 
  • At this time, we do not ship outside of Ontario, Canada.



Professionalism and Respect:


  • Services are performed by a Registered Nurse governed by the Collage of Nurses of Ontario. 
  • Nurses are mandated to uphold professional standards within a therapeutic nurse-client relationship which is focused entirely on the client's health and well-being. This relationship is grounded in trust, respect, empathy, and involves providing safe, compassionate and ethical nursing care. If, at any time, you experience an issue, we welcome your feedback. 
  • Our clinic values you and your time. We would appreciate the same respect. 
  • Additional guests, including children are not permitted. Please make appropriate accommodations prior to your appointment to ensure you are able to attend without any distractions. 
  • As this is a medical clinic, pets are not allowed.
